Ray still runs the assessments
Ray Milnarik has owned and run Correct Energy for seventeen years, and he is usually the person who turns up to look at your building. That is unusual at this size and it is deliberate. The single decision that determines whether an insulation job works is made before anything is sprayed, standing in the cavity, looking at the framing and the moisture story of that particular building.
It also means you get a straight answer rather than a script. If blown-in cellulose is the better value for your attic, that is what you will be told, even though foam is the bigger invoice. Customers describe the assessment the same way over and over: a generous amount of time spent explaining everything, before any money changed hands.
The work itself is not glamorous. It happens in crawl spaces, in attics, and in houses that are still open to the weather. Old buildings throw up complications that no quote fully anticipates, and the measure of a crew is what happens then.
